Empire Biscuits are a classic Scottish favourite. Also called a “double biscuit” or Linzer Biscuit, it involves two giant handmade shortbread biscuits with a Scottish raspberry jam filling and topped with icing. Delicious!

Delivery – Mother’s Day Empire biscuits will be made and dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on FRIDAY 13th March, EXPECTED DELIVERY DAY IS SATURDAY 14th MARCH – 99% of our orders are delivered Next Day but we do not guarantee this.

Shelf life – jam filled empire biscuits are best eaten within four days, store in an airtight container, can also be frozen.

Allergens – contains gluten; dairy; eggs; soya. Made in a bakery which handles nuts. Full allergens list will be included in box.
