Empire Biscuits are a classic Scottish favourite. Also called a “double biscuit” or Linzer Biscuit, it involves two giant handmade shortbread biscuits with a Scottish raspberry jam filling and topped with icing. Delicious!

MOTHER’S DAY BISCUIT BOX INCLUDES:

1 x Strawberry & Prosecco – Strawberry & Prosecco jam filling; topped with white chocolate and a mini Prosecco gummy bear

1 x Love Heart Classic – Scottish raspberry jam filling with a water icing topping, finished with a pink chocolate love heart

1 x Lemon & White Chocolate – Lemon Curd filling, topped with white chocolate, sprinkles and a jelly tot

Shelf life – jam filled empire biscuits are best eaten within four days, store in an airtight container, can also be frozen.
