Empire Biscuits are a classic Scottish favourite. Also called a “double biscuit” or Linzer Biscuit, it involves two giant handmade shortbread biscuits with a Scottish raspberry jam filling and topped with icing. Delicious!

Delivery – Empire biscuits will be made and dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on WEDNESDAY 11th FEBRUARY, EXPECTED DELIVERY DAY IS THURSDAY 12th FEB – 99% of our orders are delivered within one day but we do not guarantee this.

Shelf life – jam filled empire biscuits are best eaten within four days from arrival, store in an airtight container, can also be frozen.
